The Tours will go-ahead contiguously between 21 May – 7 June in four segments, two of which are shared, which can be taken up singly or in combination.

All four tours are organised and run by Lars and contact and applications should be made direct to him at the above website address – not with FSG (me) or CDSG (Terry McGovern). Note lunches (buy sandwiches etc at supermarkets) and dinners (est c300 SEK) are not included in costs which are based on 2021 prices and might change. Swedish tax is included in cost. There is a Booking Fee of 3,000 SEK. As of 1 Aug 2021 exchange rate is £1 = 11.95 SEK.
In brief:
Danish Pre-Tour 21-23 May, Copenhagen, collect cars, drive to Cold War Stevnsfort – 2 x twin 152mm turrets ex-Gneisenau, extensive tunnel system, nearby Hawk Battery. Day 2 to Langeland Island, 150mm gun in bunker, Cold War submarine. Cost 4,900 SEK. Ret to Copenhagen.
FSG Tour 23-31 May. All by coach. Arr Copenhagen 23 May, 24 -Charlottenlunds Fort and three Sea Forts, 25 – Karlskrona, 26 – Aspö, 27 – Nyköping and Cold War battery, 28 – Landsort 152mm and 12cm batteries, 29 – Vaxholm area, 30 – Siarö fortress and Arholma 105mm battery, 31 – to Stockholm and Arlanda Airport. Cost 19,000 SEK.
CDSG Tour 27 May – 5 June. 27-30 May, FSG and CDSG share coach. 31May – Continues from Arlanda to Furuvik 7.5cm bty and Sundsvall 15.2cm bty, 1 June – Full day at Hemsö, 2 – Travel to Boden, 3 – half day Boden Vuollerim bty, 4 – half day Boden Kamlunge bty, 5 – Siknas bty, ret to Arlanda Airport > home. Cost 20,700 SEK. (or followed by optional extra to Gothenburg as below).
CDSG Post-Tour 6-7 June. 6 – full day Gothenburg Oscar II Fort, Gotiska Bty, 7 – to Helsingborg Beredskapsmuseet.Cost 4,000 SEK.
